Train for a race with your crew
Pick a race and train toward the same start line together. Everyone gets a plan for their own level, everyone competes on one leaderboard. The game isn't who runs the fastest. It's who shows up.
Your race, your target time, your history. Runsta builds a training plan that fits you, not the fastest person in the group chat.
Sessions sync automatically. No manual logging, no screenshots in the chat, no honor system.
Everyone is scored on completing their own plan. One leaderboard. Whoever shows up, wins the week.
These screens are the launch design. The features behind them already run every day: our own crew has been playing all summer.
The leaderboard
Points come from completing your own training, not from pace. A 65-minute 10k runner who shows up beats a 45-minute one who doesn't. Long runs pay more, skipping pays nothing.
The bets
Bet on your mate skipping his long run. Back Sam's comeback week. Settled automatically by real run data, so there are no screenshots, no honor system and no way out.

The plan
Runsta builds your schedule from your recent runs, or you bring your own. Everyone trains at their own level, toward the same race. Completing it is what scores.

The crew
Every run lands in one feed and counts toward the crew's race readiness. Different paces, different plans, same start line and the same finish photo.

Why we built this
We're a Dutch crew training for a 44k ultra in September. Six friends, six completely different paces, one start line.
Every group run plan we tried died the same way: the fast ones got bored, the slow ones got dropped, the group chat went quiet. So we built the thing we needed: personal plans, one fair competition, and just enough trash talk to keep everyone honest. We've been living in it all summer. Now we're opening it up.
Syncs with Strava at launch. Garmin and Apple Health are on the roadmap.
